I also switched white chocolate for walnuts and tried switching cranberries with blueberries. I made this bread multiple times over the holidays and it was a favorite.

I followed the suggest to make my own cake flour. Take 1 cup flour and remove 2 TBSP. Add 2 TBSP of cornstarch. Sift. Then sift a second time. Sifted in the baking powder. sift 4 times. A little time consuming, but good!

This recipe went over amazingly! I had planned to share it with friends and family, but it was devoured within 10 minutes of setting it out. I was extremely happy with how it turned out!

When I made the cake it was very dense and collapsed in the middle. I followed the recipe but I’m not sure what happened! It still came out beautiful and was a show stopper for the holidays. I’m looking for advice to make it more fluffy and prevent it from collapsing. Would love to try it again!

The icing was overpowering for me. I now sprinkle dried cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate! Christmas 2015.

I made this as my 2015 Christmas cake. I used a Bundt pan to bake it in and it was GORGEOUS!! The family went bonkers for it!

This is one of the most awesome desserts I have ever made. The browned butter makes it out of this world. I added orange zest.

I cut back on the white chocolate to an ounce for a doubled recipe. Also, instead of having the chocolate in chunks; I grated the chocolate for a more even distribution and drizzled an ounce of white chocolate over the frosting. Have made several times and it turns out perfect and delicious this way. Tip: If you can't find mascarpone, use ricotta, it works just as well.

This is a favorite Christmas recipe but it’s a big recipe . Too much batter for 1 loaf pan so plan to make 2 cakes

Can you please list the measurements in teaspoons, tablespoons or cups. It’s easier than have to look it up.
